We implemented an on-site CRO strategy to minimize intra-funnel friction and cart abandonment – which ultimately increased on-site conversion rate by 40%.

Serenity Kids helps make children healthier by offering nutrient-dense foods that taste great to kids and are convenient for parents.

Their revolutionary pouch-delivered baby food comes from ethical sourcing, regenerative agriculture, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure a minimal ecological footprint. The family-owned brand has seen tremendous growth and continues to expand its business by offering the first ever to market, rice and grain free puffs. We partnered with Serenity Kids to help support the brand’s growth in direct-to-consumer and efficiently scale customer acquisition.

Acquisition Strategy

Our team partnered with Serenity Kids to implement a cross-channel advertising strategy – focused on existing campaign optimization along with identification of incremental expansion channels. We ultimately helped drive 450% growth in e-commerce year-over-year.

Worked strategically with the Serenity Kids leadership and creative teams to define a comprehensive creative and audience testing approach for their new puffs product launch. With this strategy in place, we drove 1,400 new customer acquisitions – up 64X month over month in addition to a CPA improvement of 70% YoY. We have continued to drive significant month over month increases in revenue while maintaining CPA below target through expansive audience and creative testing, in addition to leaning into key channel expansions to drive growth.

Paid Search

Increased qualified traffic to site by 2x through keyword expansions and tactic diversification within Google which led to a 6.5% improvement in CVR. In addition, we worked strategically with Serenity Kids leadership to define a go-to-market search strategy for their new puffs product line which included a keyword expansion to amplify visibility within the non-brand space, alongside tailored ad copy based on keyword themes and segmented Shopping campaigns to help funnel budget towards priority products.

Creative Advisory & Production

Worked closely with Serenity Kids’ creative team to help define brand guidelines and shape baby food and puffs creative to facilitate CAC improvements and performance across all channels. Based on key learnings from extensive creative testing with their pouches product line, we strategically advised on priority creative concepts to help launch their new puffs product which led to an improvement in Paid Social CAC by 70%.
