Acquisition Strategy

Our team partnered with KJUS to optimize the existing strategy on Facebook, Google and Bing advertising. Additionally, we identified and executed the expansion of new acquisition channels that fit within marketing efficiency guardrails in effort to reach new audiences and achieve greater long-term scale.


Implemented a best practice campaign structure to generate higher quality traffic and conversions and saw immediate results with 134% YoY increase in total site revenue. We additionally introduced multi-product carousels to promote ski and golf product sets more effectively. With this strategy we achieved a Facebook ROAS of 11 MoM.

Paid Search

Drove 157% more revenue YoY in Paid Search through a 36% improvement in CVR by leaning into Search, Shopping & Display tactics while creating a testing plan around expansion tactics such as Discovery Ads & YouTube with tailored creative and leveraging audience targeting to tap into KJUS’s core demographic.


Led extensive planning and research around relevant Podcast shows to help generate additional hyper-relevant brand awareness and create an opportunity for driving incremental revenue.

Creative Production
& Advisory

Worked closely with KJUS US Creative Director to shape Ski and Golf season content into media placements that enabled ROAS & MER performance. We aligned creative investments to marketing specific needs and data driven insights to ensure KJUS maximized platform specific placements. We developed a streamlined campaign structure to customize creative by gender and product interest while allowing budget to flow to the audiences that were most successful.
